These terms apply when you use the Wonder Bridal Atelier website or place an order directly through it. They are intended to be read together with the product information shown before purchase, our Shipping Information, Refund and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Handmade bridal products
Our collection includes bridal veils, wedding dresses and accessories. Small differences in embroidery placement, fabric texture, colour tone or hand finishing may occur between handmade pieces. These natural variations do not usually mean the item is defective, but the product must still match the description and any agreed specifications.
Your order and custom requests
Please check the product description, selected size and colour, measurements, processing time, price and delivery information before ordering. For custom sizing, colour matching, personalisation, or an urgent wedding date, contact us before purchase so that we can confirm what is possible in writing.
After you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. The order is accepted when payment is authorised and we confirm that we can fulfil it. If a product is unavailable or information was clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and return the payment promptly.
Prices and payment
The final product price, shipping charge, currency and applicable taxes are shown before you place the website order. Website card and supported wallet payments are handled by the secure payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number.
Shipping, customs and delivery
Processing times and delivery estimates are shown on the product page, Shipping Information page, or checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carriers, customs, weather and local delivery services can cause delays. If we cannot dispatch within the agreed time, we will contact you with updated timing and the options available under applicable law.
Where permitted by law, international buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges disclosed by their authorities or carrier.
Returns, conformity and consumer rights
Cancellation, withdrawal and return information is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, product conformity, legal guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Marketplace purchases
Some items are also offered through Etsy. If you purchase there, Etsy’s checkout, payment, messaging and marketplace procedures also apply to that order.
Intellectual property and website use
Website content, original product photography, copy, branding and visual materials belong to Wonder Bridal Atelier or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
