Refund and Returns Policy

We want every bride to feel confident when ordering from Wonder Bridal Atelier. Because many bridal pieces are handmade, made-to-order, custom-sized, or prepared for a specific wedding date, please read this policy before purchasing.

Contact us first

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Include your order details and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, altered, intimate, or final-sale bridal items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. This includes custom sizing, custom colors, personalization, and pieces made or adjusted for a specific request.

Eligible returns

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or alterations, and returned in protective packaging. Return approval and instructions must be received before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair solution, replacement, partial refund, return, or full refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer is usually responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are usually non-refundable.

For expensive bridal pieces, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and protective packaging. We cannot process a return for an item that does not arrive back safely.

Refund processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider or marketplace.

Cancellations and shipping delays

If you need to cancel, contact us quickly. Cancellation may not be possible once materials are purchased, production has started, or the order has shipped. If a shipment is delayed beyond the promised timing, we will contact you with updated options.

Marketplace orders

If you purchased through Etsy or another marketplace, that platform’s return, refund, dispute, and messaging procedures may also apply.
