Bridal veils and accessories — €25 estimated delivery
Our website uses a €25 worldwide delivery estimate for bridal veils and accessories. If the product button takes you to Etsy, review the shipping price and arrival window shown there for your destination before ordering.
Wedding dresses — €50 estimated delivery
Wedding dresses use a €50 delivery estimate because they require larger protective packaging and careful handling. For a marketplace order, the amount shown at that marketplace checkout applies.
Why can the final checkout figure be different?
Your destination, the item, carrier service and marketplace calculation can affect the final figure. Always review the complete order total before payment. If something looks unexpected, contact us before placing the order.
Preparation & transit
When will my order arrive?
The arrival window has two parts: time in the atelier, followed by carrier transit after your finished piece has been carefully packed and dispatched.
How long does preparation take?
It depends on the exact piece. Some items are ready to wear; others are made or finished after you order. Check the preparation time on the product page and ask us before ordering if your wedding date is close.
Is an estimated arrival date guaranteed?
Carrier dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs, weather, local delivery services and peak-season volume can cause delays, so please leave a sensible margin before alterations, travel or the wedding day.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is shared through the same channel used for your order. Website orders receive it by email and in My Account; Etsy orders show it in the order receipt and Etsy Messages.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately through the same channel used to place the order. An address cannot always be changed after preparation or shipping has begun, and we will never ask you to send card details by message.

For eligible orders, an express delivery upgrade from Spain is available through our Etsy shop with a 5–7 day delivery estimate.

The upgrade changes carrier speed after dispatch; it does not shorten the preparation time for a handmade or made-to-order piece.
International orders
Customs and import charges
International requirements vary by country. A little checking before you order helps avoid surprises when the parcel arrives.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
Unless checkout explicitly says they are included, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local carrier charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility. Please check the rules for your destination before ordering.

Wonder Bridal Atelier is based in Valencia, Spain. Your order confirmation or marketplace receipt is the best place to review the delivery address and order-specific shipping details.
