Colour, length and measurements
Start with the dress itself: its undertone, shape, measurements and the point where you want the veil to finish.
How do I choose between white, off-white and ivory?
Use the colour wording from your dress designer as a starting point, then compare the fabric in natural daylight. White is the clearest, coolest shade; off-white is slightly softer; ivory has a warmer undertone. Screens and indoor lighting can shift all three, so send us a daylight photo if two shades still look close. Our veil colour guide shows the differences side by side.
How do I choose the right veil length?
Measure from the point where the comb will sit to the place where you want the veil to finish, following the natural fall of the fabric. Your height, heel height, train and venue all affect the final look. See the veil length guide before choosing a listing option.
Which measurements are needed for a wedding dress?
For useful sizing guidance, prepare your bust, natural waist, hips, full height, waist-to-floor measurement and planned heel height. Measure over the underwear you expect to wear and keep the tape level without pulling it tight. The illustrated steps are in our dress measurement guide.
Can I request a custom detail?
Some pieces can be adjusted in colour, length, placement or finishing, while others are available only as shown. Contact us before ordering with the product link, your request and your wedding date. We will confirm what is realistic before you commit.

What happens before your piece arrives
Preparation varies because the collection includes both ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces.
Where do I place my order?
Choose the available options on the product page. Select Buy on site to add the item to your cart and pay securely here, or Buy on Etsy to complete the purchase through Etsy.
Is every piece made to order?
No. Some pieces are ready to wear and others are created or finished after the order is placed. The product listing gives the preparation time for that specific piece. If your wedding date is close, contact us before ordering rather than relying on a general estimate.
How much does shipping cost?
Website delivery is €25 for veils and accessories and €50 for wedding dresses. The final converted amount and estimated delivery dates are shown in the cart before payment. Etsy purchases use the shipping price and arrival window shown on Etsy.
Where are orders sent from?
Wonder Bridal Atelier is based in Valencia, Spain. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local carrier charges according to the destination country; these are not included unless the checkout specifically says otherwise.
After ordering
Order questions, changes and returns
How do I ask about an existing Etsy order?
Use Etsy Messages from the account used to place the order. This keeps your order number, chosen options and delivery conversation together and lets us answer with the correct order details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. A change or cancellation may not be possible after materials have been purchased, production has started or the piece has shipped. For an Etsy order, send the request through Etsy Messages.
Can a bridal item be returned?
Eligibility depends on the item, its condition and whether it was custom-made, personalized or altered. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy and the policy shown at checkout before ordering. If you are unsure about a custom request, ask us first.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly through the order channel and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We will explain the appropriate next step for that order.
