Veil colour & length
Send the veil link, the colour name of your dress and a daylight photo. For length, tell us where the comb will sit and where you would like the veil to finish.
Dress measurements
Include your bust, natural waist, hips, full height, waist-to-floor measurement and planned heel height. We will tell you which details still need to be confirmed.
An existing Etsy order
Please use Etsy Messages for an order already placed. That keeps your order number, selected options and delivery conversation together in one secure place.
Contact the atelier

How do I choose the closest veil colour?
Compare the dress in natural daylight and start with its designer colour name. If white, off-white and ivory still look close, send us a daylight photo and the product link.
Which dress measurements should I prepare?
Bust, natural waist, hips, full height, waist to floor and planned heel height are the most useful starting measurements.
How long will my order take?
Preparation depends on the exact piece: some are ready to wear and others are made to order. Check the product listing and contact us before ordering if your wedding date is close.
How is shipping calculated?
Website delivery is €25 for veils and accessories and €50 for wedding dresses. The final cost and estimated delivery dates are shown in the cart before payment; Etsy purchases use the destination-specific shipping details shown on Etsy.
Where do I place my order?
